When a crank- shaft 3 rotates in a 180-degree arc through a connecting rod 4 by one stroke of a piston 7, the piston 7 revolves through an auxiliary shaft 11 and a pinion 14, and a N pole of the piston 7 approaches to the N poles of the both plates 5, 6. The input of an external rotary driving machine 18 is applied to the auxiliary shaft 11 while a power extracting device 19 is connected to the crank-shaft 3.
