Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable highly accurate measurement, with non-contact and being not subject to the other phase, by dividing the voltage through the provision of capacitor between the electrostatic coupling electrode no contact with the conductor of each phase and ground, and processing the output with the matrix circuit.
CONSTITUTION: The conductors 1, 2, 3 of each phase are provided with the electrostatic coupling electrodes 4, 5, 6 in non-contact. Capacitors 7, 8, 9 are provided between the electrodes and ground respectively. The voltage dividers 10, 11, 12 are constituted with the static capacitance of the capacitors 7, 8, 9 and the electrodes 4, 5, 6. The output of voltage divider is inputted to the operational amplifiers 13W14 via the operational resistors 13aW13d, 14aW14d, and 15aW15d, and this output drives the voltage indicators 16, 17, 18 indicating the voltage of each phase. Further, the multi-dimension matrix operation circuit 20 is constituted with the operational amplifiers 13W14 and voltage indicators 16, 17, 18. Highly accurate measurement can be made without being subjected to other phase.
