Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable to detect the spray amount of germicide required for disinfection of vessel easily, by emitting light flux to germicide spray and integrating the amount of light of transmission.
CONSTITUTION: When the vessel 10 to be disinfected enters the chamber 38 by being supported with the support stand 34, spray is made in the chamber 38 with the signal from the computer 158 and the light flux is emitted from the projector 138 with the start stop circuit 160. The amount of transmission light is integrated with the photo detector 140 and the integration circuit 166. In the computer 158, the reference value representing the amount of spray of germicide required for disinfection of the vessel as the integrating value in a given time of amount of transmission light of light flux is stored in advance. Further, by taking the integrating value to the spray after a given time or during transmissuon as inspected value, this is compared with the reference value at the comparator 168, and the excessive or less amount of sparay can be detected by the result of comparison or the fast or slow in the time reaching the reference value.
