Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent error feed completely by mechanizing the formation of a united body by stacking a continuous from with corresponding printed information on a continous base sheet with card recording bodies stuck on it.
CONSTITUTION: Magnetically-encoded cards 1, after being checked, are stacked in card hopper 20 and carried by card conveyor belt 15, codes are read out and recorded on a cassette tape, and cards 1 are sequentially stuck on continuous base sheet 42 and discharged. This continuous base sheet 42 and the cassette tape are set on a printer and corresponding information on an address and name for each card is extracted from a memory unit and printed out to obtain continuous form 56. On continuous base sheet 42 with stuck cards, the continuous form with corresponding printed information is bonded by stacking. As a result, a united body of a card recording body and typewriting can mechanically be formed.
