PURPOSE:To secure the automatic elimination of the interference between codes without increasing the pulse repetitive frequency on the transmission line more than the transmission or reception pulse by adding the transversal filter to the transmission device and thus eliminating the interference between the transmission and reception signals. CONSTITUTION:The binary digital signal sent from transmission signal input terminal 1 is multiplexed by A/D converter 2, and this multi-value digital signal is delivered via hybrid circuit 3 to hybrid terminal pair 4 connected to the two-wire system transmission line to be then transmitted to the remote station. At the same time, the signal sent from converter 2 is applied to transversal filter 9 for elimination of the reflected wave and leaked wave. While the digital signal sent from the remote station is applied via circuit 3 to transversal filter 13 for elimination of the interference between codes, and the output of filter 13 is supplied to A/D converter 5 connected to reception signal output terminal pair 6. Furthermore, correlators 11 and 13 controlling filters 9 and 13 are provided to secure the automatic elimination of the interference between the codes.
