Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate a sealing of the fluid, as well as to provide a compactness at low cost, by using a magnetic lubricating fluid for lubrication of the fluid bearing, as well as by using a flexible permanent magnet for the magnetic seal and the seal when sealed the lubricating fluid. CONSTITUTION:A rotary sleeve 14, to which a top cylinder cover 15 is secured, and a top cylinder 13 constitute the housing in the rotating side of the fluid bearing, and the fluid bearing 20 is engaged to a center fixed shaft 19 and held by a pivot bearing 21. Between the center fixed shaft 19 and the rotary sleeve 14, is constructed a fluid lubricating bearing unit 30 with the magnetic lubricating fluid used. An ''0'' ring 40, engaged into an ''0'' ring groove 41 near around bottom end opening part of the rotary sleeve 14, is constituted by a flexible magnet. The both magnetic seal, for preventing a lubricating oil leak, and mechanical seal of the rotary sleeve 14, at the sealing work of magnetic lubricating fluid, are made by the same flexible magnet.
