Abstract

A porous adiabatic material 3 made, for example, of polyurethane foam or polyethylene foam is laid on the layer 2 to form a base material. The material 4 is heated from the side of the plate member 1, with the material 3 in contact with a male die 5, and simultaneously sucked by vacuum from the side of the die 5 to be shaped into the shape of a case. As the adhesive layer 2, a pressure-sensitive double-faced adhesive tape or a thermomelting adhesive film is used; in the latter case, it is necessary to form the film with many small holes so that vacuum suction may act on the plate member 1.
