Abstract

The wing wheel 6 located according to the gas path 5 is supported rotational-freely with the float 7 floating on the liquid surface in the cylindrical vessel 4 for liquid. The steel ball 8 is fitted at the bottom of the float 7 and the magnet 8 is located at the position opposed to the steel ball 8. Thus, the float 7 can always be positioned almost at the center.
