Then, the plastic film 6 plays the roll of a binder and forms a layer 7 mixed with the heat-resistant material powder. The plastic film 6 is hot-melted and at the same time the heat-resistant material powder containing a thermosetting binder is sprayed. Heat-resistant meterial powder is sprayed onto the layer 12 formed by the plastic film which has melted and penetrated therein as a binder, whereby a layer 11 is formed. By forming the double surface layers in this way, the effect may be improved further.
