Abstract

PURPOSE: An edible oil that is composed of palm oil and corn oil at a specific ratio, thus suppressing the capability of palm oil to increase the concentration of blood cholesterol.
CONSTITUTION: Palm oil and corn oil are mixed at a weight ratio of 45:55W10: 90. The resulting edible oil keeps the stability against oxidation, resistance to repeated use, low oil tailing and good taste that are caused by the palm oil in spite of inexpensive costs.
