Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to miniaturize and thin a container in accordance with the size of a crystal vibrator to be contained, by using one part of the crystal vibrator as one part of the vibrator container. CONSTITUTION:Crystal vibrator 6 is covered with one part of its component. At corresponding outer circumferences of a glass lid, crystal vibrator 6 and frame 5, metal 7 is provided by vapor-phase plating and molten and fixed by heating under vacuum to attain the airtight sealing of the container. In a process before the sealing of the container, electrode external lead-out part 8 is insulated and screened from metal 7 for container sealing.
