Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve a frequency response characteristic, by adding to integrate a signal, from a plurality of semiconductor detecting elements provided within a range corresponding to the X-ray lighted area, to make a comparison with the reference value and controlling the X-ray irradiation.
CONSTITUTION: A generated signal, in each detecting element 15a∼15d by the X- ray irradiation, is converted into a voltage to be amplified respectively in each amplifier OP1-1∼OP1-4 within an amplifying unit 18a, and added by an adder OP2-1, with this added output V1 applied to an output unit 19. The output unit 19 integrates this added output and makes a comparison between this integrated output and the preset reference value, and at the time with a coincidence between the both, a coincidence signal I0 is outputted. This output I0 is a signal for actuating an X-ray circuit disconnecting breaker to cut out the X-ray irradiation.
