PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned material which is suited for rapid treatment of color photographs and is superior in desilvering power, reduction in photographic fog and shelf life by containing the silver salt of the nitrogen-contained heterocyclic thion compound which promotes desilvering action in at least one layer of the constituting elements of the photosensitive material. CONSTITUTION:The silver salt of the thion compound which promotes desilvering action and is expressed by formula I (Z is the atom groups required for formation of N-contained heterocycles of 5-6 members, R is alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, amino, carbamoyl or carbonyl) is contained in at least one layer of the multilayer color photographic material having respectively one or more layers of silver halide emulsion layers having sensitivity to the spectra of red, green and blue as constitution layer.
