Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify manufacturing processes and reduce man hour by integrally molding each part being made into rectangular hollow shape and arranged in parallel in a solar heat accumulator laminated by a cover part, a heat accumulator part and an adiabatic part.
CONSTITUTION: A heat accumulator 4 is composed of thermoplastic high molecular polymer. It is of a triple layer construction where are arranged a cover part 5 on the top, a heat accumulating part in the middle and an adiabatic part 7 at the bottom. Dry air is charged and sealed in the hollow part 2 of the cover part 5 and an inlet and an outlet header 8,8' connected with each layer of the heat accumulating part 6 are fixed to both longitudinal ends of the heat accumulating part while both longitudinal ends of the adiabatic part 7 and those of the cover part 5 are closed. As dry air is charged in the hollow part 2 of the cover part 5, no dew condensing occurs on account of quick drop of temperature and sun beams can always penetrate the cover part.
