Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the difference of the output voltage value although the difference is small between input current value 0 and 1 by constituting a closed loop with the 1st Josephson J element, the 2nd J element featuring a larger current threshold value than the 1st J element plus two units of the inductance. CONSTITUTION:The closed loop of the serial circuit is formed with Josephson element J1 and element J2 featuring a larger current threshold value than J1 plus inductance elements M1 and M2. And power lines EA and EB are connected to junctions A and B, and furthermore logic output lines HA and HB are connected via resistance D. At the same time, logic input lines F1 and F2 are connected to elements M1 and M2 in an electromagnetic and inductive way. The threshold current value of elements J1 and J2 are set to I1 and I2, and the value of inductances L1 and L2 of elements M1 and M2 are set so as to satisfy the prescribed relation. Then the current of logic value 1 is flown to either of lines F1 and F2, and the current of logic value 0 is supplied to the other each. As a result, element J1 has the switch action to obtain the logic sum between lines HA and HB. And element J2 has the switching action with supply of logic 1 to both lines F1 and F2 to obtain the logic product at the output line. The difference of the logic value of the output between 0 and 1 is larger than that of the input.
