Abstract
PURPOSE: To separate a high purity component at a high concentration by separating a stock solution into an nonsorbable and an sorbable solution by using an apparatus which connects an sorbent filled section and a circulation system.
CONSTITUTION: The sorbent filled section 1W4 are connected in series and a circulation system is formed by using a pump. Firstly, each valve 11W15, 18 is closed and each valve 16, 17 is opened and a stock solution is introduced into a section 3 and a nonsorbable solution is discharged to a storage tank 10. Next, each valve 12, 13, 16, 17 is closed and each valve 11, 14, 15, 18 is opened to circulate the liquid within an apparatus by the pump 5. Further, each valve 11, 14W18 is closed and each valve 12, 13 is opened to introduce the water into a section 1 by the pump 5 and to discharge the nonabsorbable to a storage tank 9. Lastly, each valve 11, 13, 16, 18 is closed and each valve 12, 14, 15, 17 is opened to introduce the water to the section 1 by the pump 5 and to discharge the nonsorbable solution from the section 3. By repeating the above procedure, the solution is separated.
