Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A pump main body 4 is placed in a container 6 of which only the bottom is open, in such a manner that the main body 4 does not project from the bottom opening of the container 6, and an air intake port 7 for the pump is arranged on the outside of the container 6. By this constitution, rain water from above and from around cannot enter into the container 6, and peneration of water into the pump main body 4 is prevented.
