PURPOSE:To improve reliability for operation and simplify constructions in a control circuit coupled to an internal-combustion engine by generating an offering demand at a requested time and outputting a result of an operation stored in an arithmetic unit by the offering demand. CONSTITUTION:A first resistor 3a and a second resistor 3b store results of operations, that means deta with respect to beginning and cutting times of a primary current of an ingition coil respectively, and send out the data through a signal wire 3C. An output mode signal, indicating to outside which of the beginning or the cutting time the results of operations sent out through the signal wire 3C are meaning, is generated from an output terminal 3d for an arithmetic unit 3. When the primary current for the ingition coil is flown, an offering demand generating circuit 11 generates a signal for cutting the offering demand and input the signal into an input terminal 3f of the arithmetic unit 3.
