Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the blackening of fluorescent particle due to discharging, by coating the surface of fluorescent particle with heat-resistant metal oxide.
CONSTITUTION: Fluorescent particle 5 surfaces coated with heat-resistant metal oxide particle 6 are laminated to form fluorescent film 3 on conductive film 2, where said metal oxide particle 6 is heat-resistant and non-conductive and formed with at least one of shock-resistant alumina, silica, zinc oxide, etc. Consequently the fluorescent member doesn't blacken even if discharging occurs between the discharging space and the conductive film resulting in bright lamp.
