Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the surface of a fluorescent substance from deteriorating without obstructing excitement of the fluorescent substance using ultraviolet rays and the luminescent power by coating the surface of the fluorescent substance with alkali metal or/and alkaline erath metal fluorides with high permeability to ultraviolet rays.
