Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for any fiber protecting pipe and obtain the photo coupler of a small size and low cost by placing the centers of a photo semiconductor package provided with an optical fiber and the optical fiber at the center of a support and directly bonding these in a photo connector.
