Abstract

CONSTITUTION: When a servo controller 4 receives an instruction signal, the controller causes a vibrator 1 to vibrate at a level corresponding to the instruction signal. A response signal of the vibration is applied to an adder 12 through a response signal detector 3 and a low-pass filter 6. A wave of object from set by an amplitude setting unit 16 and a frequency setting unit 17 is produced by a sine wave generator 15 and applied to the adder 12, which calculates the difference between the response signal and the object signal. The difference is applied to another adder 11 through a multiplier 13. The instruction signal at the present time is entered from a memory 10 into the adder 11.
