Abstract
PURPOSE: To cook a large amount of food having a fragrance of smoked meat and a favorite broiling degree, and a flavor, taste and reason of raw meat at a time, by smoking an unprepared meat block with a smoking material and a flavoring material.
CONSTITUTION: The unprepared meat block (E) is smoked with the flavoring wood (B), e.g. hickory, cherry, and several woods, on the hot material (A), and the sake, wine, or aromatic, flavor vegetables, e.g. garlic or Welsh onion, and the smoking liquid (C) in the heat-resistant tray (D). Thus, a large amount of fragrant food having a favorite broiling degree can be cooked at a time.
