Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The pulse width converter is constituted by providing the resistor R, capacitor C1, operational amplifiers A1 and A2 and further the switch SW1 switched according to the output of the amplifier A2 among the input terminal IN2 to which the reference voltage Vr is fed, input terminal IN1 to which the input voltage -e1 is fed, and the output terminal OUT. To the conventional converter with this constitution, the resistors R3 and R4, capacitor C2, operational amplifier A3, and switches SW1 and SW2 are provided to constitute the smoothing circuit FI having inversion performance. With this constitution, the switches SW2 and SW3 are operated according to the output of the comparator CO. The input voltage is made intermittent depending on the pulse width of output to keep the oscillation frequency constant.
