Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the measurement of quantity of light without altering the size of an optical element having a lens and a semipermeable mirror surface and make a measuring system compact, by providing the element with a photoconductive film. CONSTITUTION:A semipermeable mirror surface 2 is made by the contact faces of a prism 1 having a light incidence face and made from an optical medium resin and another prism 3 made from the same material and having a lens 4 on the front end. A photoconductive film 5 is coated on the side face of the prism 1 facing the mirror surface 2 and an electrode 6 is coupled to an end of the film so that a photoconductive cell is formed. Another photo-conductive film 7 is coated on the other prism 3 and another electrode 8 is coupled to the film so that another photoconductive cell is formed. Light reflected from the semipermeable mirror surface 2 is converted into electric signals by the cells respectively.
