Abstract
PURPOSE: To secure the sampling for the analog signal without using the costly unit but using the A/D converter, the frequency multiplying circuit, the sampling pulse generating circuit and the memory each.
CONSTITUTION: Analog signal (a) supplied to A/D converter 21 is converted into digital signal (d) by sampling pulse (b) which is the output of sampling generating circuit 22 and then memorized in memory 23 by memory writing signal (c). At the same time, frequency multiplying circuit 24 is provided to receive supply of signal (a), and output signal (e) is delivered from circuit 24 to be supplied to circuit 22. In such constitution, the sampling pulse featuring the cycle of T/N (N: an integer) at each cycle of signal (a) and the time shift of T/A×N (A: an integer) at each cycle is used to secure sampling of the positions of the different waveforms. As a result, the sampling faithful to the waveform of signal (a) becomes possible.
