Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent galling between the sliding surface of a cylinder and a piston by providing weight supporting members at fixed and free ends of a servomotor with a gravitation center displacement range threrbetween.
CONSTITUTION: A cylinder cover 15 of a servomotor is supported on an installation beam 19 not only by a support jack bolt 18 arranged on the side of a base 16 relative to a gravitation center axial-displacement range C-D but also by a jack 20 on the side of a hydraulic turbine relative to the range C-D; thus, the weight of the servomotor is supported at two opposed points, with the range C-D between the points in the axial direction. Because the weight of the servomotor is supported by the support jack bolt 18 and the support jack 20 with the range C-D therebetween, the reactional bending moment generated in a cylinder 3 is reduced, hence the deformation of the cylinder can be restrained, and the galling between the cylinder 3 and a piston 4 can be prevented.
