Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain holed parts at a high yield without second labor by superposing two or more blank metals in the axial direction of a die, heating the blank metal on the inlet side of the die to the temperature suited for warm forging and piercing this with a punch and at the same time forming a guide hole on the inner side blank surface with the punch end.
CONSTITUTION: A punch 3 which moves forward or backward along the axial- center-direction through-hole 2 of a die 1 and a knock-out pin 4 are opposedly disposed.
