Abstract
PURPOSE: To make dismounting work easy and eliminate the need for maintance such as washing of the inside of vessel shell etc. by making a wire gauze and filter removable separately.
CONSTITUTION: The gas influent to the inside of the vessel shell 11 through gas influent port 13 is removed of the liquid metals and mist contained therein at the time when it passes through a wire gauze 18 and filter 20. The gas is then sent through gas effluent port 14 to a gas system apparatus. When the metal gauze 18 and filter 20 which has captured the solidified powder form liquid metals has caused clogging, a simple cask 27 is mounted to a simple cask mounting seat 12 and inert gas is filled therein to cut off the contact of the air and liquid metals. Next, when an intermediate plate 15 is hoisted by a crane or the like, the wire gauze 18 and filter 20 are hoisted together with the intermediate plate 15. At this time, the liquid metals having been captured by the wire gauze 18 and filter 20 are completely captured in a liquid metal receiving tray 19 in the lower part owing to vibrations or the like and will not deposit on the bottom of the vessel sheel 11. The wire gauze 18, filter 20 and liquid metal receiving tray 19 having been drawn out are reassembled in the reverse order after washing and regeneration.
