CONSTITUTION:This unit is equipped with call detection part 202 which is interposed between subscriber's lines 101 and 102, and 103 and 104 between a telephone exchange and telephone set and sending an off-hook signal to the telephone set on detecting a calling signal from the exchange, switch part 203 which operates by a detection signal from detection part 202, password reception confirmation part 204 which provides reception and confirmation of a pass-word by a PB signal from a calling subscriber, control part 205 which sends a calling signal out to the telephone set on receiving the confirmation signal from confirmation part 206 and then detects off-hook operation, and change-over circuit part 206 which operates on detection the off-hook signal from control part 205. Then, circuit 206 makes a mutual connection between respective subscriber's lines by detection signal 303 for a talk between the calling subscriber and called subscriber.
