Abstract
PURPOSE: The captioned setting jig by which weldment can be located effectively by fixing it on the movable plate which is lowered by its light weight to the locating plate at the working posture position.
CONSTITUTION: The radiator R as weldment is set to the setting jig 10 by turning the setting plate 9 to the position where the reference sides 11a, 11b of the locating plate 11 are vertical. Subsequently, it is located by turning by 90° the setting plate 9, the locating plate 11, etc. in the direction as indicated with an arrow θ1 by the remote control device, and regular welding is carried out. Subsequently, regular welding is carried out.
