Abstract

PURPOSE: To form the composite film into the bag type in order to keep the inside of bag under the anoxic condition, by preparing the composite film with the air permeable film layer, the nonpermeable film layer, and the deoxidizing agent layer interposed between above two film layers.
CONSTITUTION: The air permeable film layer 1 is made of polyethylene resin, and the deoxidizing agent layer 2 is formed by extruding the material prepared by mixing and dispersing the deoxidizing agent to the permeable ionomer resin. The nonpermeable film layer 3 is made of the material obtained by coating or blending the nylon resin on or with the polyvinyl alcohol resin or the vinylidene chloride resin. The oxygen included in the air on the side of the permeable film layer 1 permeates the film layer 1 as shown by the arrow A and exters into the deoxidizing layer 2; where, the deoxidization proceeds under the existence of moisture permeated the film layer 1 similarly to the oxygen. Thus prepared composite film is formed into the bag placing the film layer 1 inside; hereby, the food being sealed in this bag is stored under the anoxic condition owing to the progress of deoxidization.
