Abstract
PURPOSE: To make the device compact by using rare earth magnet for the static magnetic field forming means.
CONSTITUTION: In a case 1 formed in water tight, a rare earth magnet comprising yttrium-iron- garnet and the like formed small cubic shape as a static magnetic field means 4 together with a center pole 2, upper and lower yokes 3, 4 and coil 6 is aligned so as to dispose N pole and S pole at upper and lower positions, contacted tightly, disposed in combination so as to form a ring shape and water feed cylinders 7a, 7b, 8 are attached. Thus, through the water passing cylinders 7a, 7b, 8, the cooling medium is guided into the case 1 to carry out the effective cooling by the simple structure. Owing to the large maximum magnetic energy of the rare earth elements as the static magnetic field means 4, the satisfactory detecting capacity is preserved and the power source required when the electromagnet is used is not necessary and a desired purpose can be achieved.
