Abstract

PURPOSE: To expedite a rising time of burning, by using a specially-designed pipe unit in a recumbent U-shape.

CONSTITUTION: A recumbent U-shaped pipe unit 1 comprises a upper pipe whereat one side serves as a blast port 4, the inside as a gasifying chamber 3, and a fuel oil back-flow check wall is vertically installed near the blast port 4, a lower pipe 5 whose inside is sealed at one side to form a gas chamber 6 and whereat a burning unit 7 is located, and a bend pipe 8 whereat its inside wall 13 is bored to provide a flow-down hole 15, and whereat a ventilating wall 14 and a moisture net 16 are located. The pipe unit 1 is constutited in such a manner as couples together said upper pipe and said lower pipe, through the medium of said bend pipe. A spray nozzle 10' at the end of an oil feed pipe 10 is located in a neutral state on the outer side of said gasifying chamber 3. Fuel, which is sprayed from the spray nozzle 10' and drops down on an internal wall surface of the gasifying chamber 3, is moved through the force of a constant temperature forced blast jetted into from the blast port 4. The fuel is fed into a burning saucer 12 through the flow-down hole 15, and is burned rapidly through the forced blast fed from a gas jet hole 11. As a result the gasifying chamber 3 is heated, and thus, a gasifying and burning condition can be produced rapidly and automatically.
