Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Within a specially designed vacuum chamber 1, low melting metal die material 6 which is softened by preheating, is placed oppositely against the original shape-imparting mold 7. Thru the three-way valve 10, vacuum chamber 1', 1" and vacuum source 11 are connected, and the source 11 sets the degree of vacuum, for example, at less than 10mm Hg. Then, the vacuum chamber 1' alone is disconnected from the vacuum source 11, and the mold 7 is pressed against the low melting metal die material 6 by the force of the atmosphere or the compressed air source 12 which is led through the valve 13. Thus the molding die for precise die-casting is obtained.
