CONSTITUTION: A multiplicity of insulated wires 2, one ends of which are parallelly arranged at regular intervals and the other ends of which are located at fixed positions on the insulated base board 1, is secured by thermosetting resin overlay layer 7. Thruholes 9 that cross the insulated wires are drilled in the base board at the latter ends of wires, the wires are exposed in the inner face of thruholes 9, non- electrolytic metal layer 10 is formed on the inner face of the thruhole.
