Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve operational efficiency by supporting rotatably a plurality of rope reels which are piled onto the vertical shaft of a stand, in the horizontal direction, and loading each bundle-winding rope on each rope reel.
CONSTITUTION: After a stand 1 is assembled, a rope reel 2a is inserted onto a vertical shaft 12, and a bundle-winding rope 3a is loaded on the supporting frame 21 of the rope reel 2a. Next, the hook bar 22 of the rope reel 2a is fitted at the position of the contact with the inner diameter of the bundle wound rope 3a. Subsequently, the rope reel 2b is inserted into the vertical shaft 12, and the bundle wound ropes 3b and 3c are loaded successively hereinafter in the same way. After the completion of the loading of the bundle wound ropes 3aW3c, each rope 31W33 of the bundle wound ropes 3aW3c is taken out from the outer winding end part and suspended onto an elevator. Owing to the plural-ropes taking-out and installing works, the physical fatigue of larourers is decreased, and favourable rope installing works can be accomplished.
