Abstract

PURPOSE:To lay a cable in a spiral suspension wire without rotating a heavy cable supplying means by providing a winding means which winds the laid cable spirally in front of the cable supplying means. CONSTITUTION:The suspension wire 12 is inserted into the cable supplying means 24, the winding means 38 having a rotatable roller 44 is fitted in front of it, and an intruding means 22 which has an expanding jig 30 is provided atop of it through a rotary joint 46. The means 24 is provided with a feed-out guide 48 and the means 22 is provided with a receiving guide 50. When a cable insertion space 16' is spiral, the means 22 rotates while expanding an entrance 16'a by the jig 30, but neither the means 24 nor 38 rotates, so the cable 20' is laid by being wound around the means 38 between guides 48 and 50 and the devide is rehung after one-span laying. For this purpose, the winding means is provided to lay the cable in the spiral suspension wire without rotating the heavy supplying means.

For example, the applicant proposed a suspension line with multiple cable insertion spaces so that other communication cables could be added to the existing communication cables as the number of subscribers increased (Japanese Patent Application No. 1983- 113945). In addition, in order to install a new cable by pushing it into this suspension wire, we proposed a method for laying the cable by suspending it from the suspension cord so that it can run freely and guiding the new cable into the cable insertion space while pushing the entrance of the cable insertion space wide. (Special application 15206/1986)
However, if the cable insertion space of the hanging cord is linear, the cable can be laid without any trouble using the above-mentioned installation method, but if the cable insertion space is spiral around the axis of the hanging cord, then the cable can be laid without any problem. (When installing the suspension wire, it is better to twist it two to three times in one span to prevent the cable from coming out from the cable insertion space.) It is necessary to rotate Ic. However, with the conventionally proposed laying means, there is a drawback that it is difficult to rotate the cable supply means to the hanger 9 of the hanging wire while maintaining the weight balance.

In this state, when the frame 32 of the cable supply means 24 is pulled from the ground to the left in FIG. The cable is inserted into the space 16', but if the cable insertion space 16' extends spirally, the cable pushing means rotates slightly with the pushing and expanding jig (9) engaged in the entrance 16'a. . On the other hand, since the cable supply means 24 and the winding means blades do not rotate, the cable 20
' is a guide mallet, and as shown in FIG. It should be noted that the number ratio rollers 44 should be used with a narrower outer diameter in the printing means (1j), the force (h), and the distance (lη) between the four rollers should be narrowed.
may be a cylinder which rotates around its axis between the end plates 42, 42'.In this case, the "snowf" is provided with a longitudinal notch at one point around the circumference. ,
The cable 20' is laid in a spirally extending cable insertion space.

When one span of the cable 20' has been laid, remove the entire device from the suspension line and move it to the next cable. The entire frame may be pulled from the ground by mounting a battery-powered motor on the device to rotate rollers or caterpillars that suspend the entire device in contact with the suspension line, so that the entire device can move by itself. 0′=! However, in the above embodiment, the cable supply means 24 is mounted on the suspension line 12, but it may be installed on the ground. The cable can be laid smoothly in the extended cable insertion space, and since there is no need to rotate the heavy cable supply means to the same height as the hanging line during installation, the work can be done safely without losing balance on the hanging line. It can be carried out.
