Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce vibration due to hammering, by intermittently recycling the energy stored in a coil while a magnet is being driven, thus compensating abrupt reduction of magnet current. CONSTITUTION:A driving signal is supplied to one side of an OR gate 6, and when finished, adjusting pulses are supplied to the other side of the gate. With this, a transistor 3 being an ''off'' position repeats ''on'' and ''off'' by means of the adjusting pulses, thus current from a coil 1 intermittently flows to a resistor R2 side or a power source +Vcc side. As a result, a surging wave pattern of the coil current is adjusted according to a speed of a printing wire or a printing hammer. This circuit structure reduces vibration as an armature reset is adjusted according to a returing speed of the printing wire or a printing hammer.
