Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain coils by using an electrical wire consisted of a plurality of parallel conductors insulated to each other and connecting individual conductors therebetween at its beginning and end of winding to form continuous conductors.
CONSTITUTION: At first, a parallel electrical wire 4 consisted of the desired number m of conductors is wound around a magnetic core 2. A beginning 5 and end 6 of winding are bent at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the electrical wire 4, conductor terminals of which are disposed in close vicinity to each other. A second conductor 7 of the beginning 5 of winding is connected with a first conductor 8 of the end 6 of winding. Connections between corresponding two conductors are followed in like manner and then an eleventh conductor 11 of the beginning 5 of winding is connected with a twelveth conductor of the end 6 of winding. With this method, the equation of T=Nm/P is obtained, where T is winding number, m is parallel conductors number, P is a pitch between conductros at the time of connecting the beginning of winding with the end thereof and N is winding number of the electrical wire, and thus the number of coils C becomes to be equal to P. By so doing, it is possible to reduce the required winding work and obtain a plurality of coils having different winding numbers, while effecting the multilayer winding without a frame for winding due to no possibility of collapse of layers.
