Abstract

PURPOSE: To decrease the number of the external connection terminals and thus to facilitate easy formation of the integrated circuit for the DC level clamping circuit of the color difference signal which sets the DC level of the color difference signal to a fixed value for the horizontal synchronous signal.
CONSTITUTION: The horizontal synchronous signal is supplied to transistor 23 via reverse amplifier circuit 25, and a level comparsion is given through differential amplifiers 21 and 22 between the output signal and the DC reference voltage only for the formation period of the gate pulse synchronized with the horizontal synchronous signal. As the current Miller circuit is formed with diode 28 and transistor 26, the voltage corresponding to the DC level fluctuation of the output signal emerges at capacitor 30 based on the above level comparsion. The voltage of capacitor 30 is supplied to differential amplifiers 11 and 16 via transistors 31 and 32, and thus the DC level of the color difference signal input is shifted to obtain the output through the DC reproduction of the color difference signal to the output signal.
