Abstract

PURPOSE: To form the non-tacky film of superior corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance by sealing the substrate surface of Al, etc. through anodic-oxidation in a NaOH.H2O2 bath then coating borosilicate base enamel and heating the same to form undulations and coating tetrafluoroethylene resins on the surface thereof.
