Abstract

PURPOSE: To detect a solid shape with no touch by shooting a luminous point, scanned in two directions, at two different position synchronizing with the scan and then by determining the coordinate of the luminous point through arithmetic processing of pickup picture signals.
CONSTITUTION: By liminous-point scanner 10 controlled by scan controller 12, a luminous point scanned in two directions is generated on body 11 to be measured. This luminous point is picture-taken synchronizing with the luminous-point generation by pickup cameras 13 and 14 arranged at different positions and controlled by controller 12. Pickup signals of those cameras 13 and 14 and digital data corresponding to installation positions of cameras 13 and 14 are processed by arithmetic processor 17 to determine two-dimentional corrodinates of the luminous point corresponding to the solid shape of measured body 11, so that the solid shape in deformation characteristic test for a curved-surface body will be detected through drawing unit 18 with no contact.
