Abstract
PURPOSE: To make welding easy and improve working efficiency by forming an end part of a unit pipe matched to the inclination to becom horizontal in the implementing conditions and welding with this end as a joint.
CONSTITUTION: A unit pipe 8 in a specified length is what forms a unit composing an element of an inclined pipe 9 of a tilt angle θ, and end 11 of the end 10 forms a slant plane having the same angle θ as the tilt angle θ against its axis of the inclination which is arranged in advance in a factory. Also, the joint shape of the end 10 forms a flat joint plane in the upper stream side end 11', and in the lower stream side end 11" is to be J-type section 12, groove section made by them is made small to allow multi-layer filling, and sound weld is implemented. Welding uses a capsule truck and speeding up of a process cycle is promoted with ease.
