Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure the optimum effect under the stereo and other reception states by switching the scales of the additional sound signals by the detection output of the broadcast mode detection circuit and giving the pseudo stereophonic feeling in the state under which the speaker space is small in the case of the multiple sound broadcast. CONSTITUTION:The left and right aural signals of the stereo signal are delivered to output terminals 7 and 8 of multiple demodulation circuit 2, and at the same time the main or secondary aural signal of the heterobroadcast is delivered. Additional sound switching circuit 14 is then connected between terminals 7 and 8 of circuit 2 to extract the difference signal of the left and right aural signal or either one of the main and secondary aural signals in the form of the additional signal. Then the output of circuit 14 is delayed through delay circuit 15 and then applied to compound circuits 19 and 20 to be compounded to the output signals of terminals 7 and 8 and in the opposite polarities.
