Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent engenderment of asperities, at the same time, to obtain an impeller which has big bonding intensity by overlapping fiber reinforced plastic bonding material layers over all the surfaces of internal sides surrounded by a main plate, a side plate and blades.
CONSTITUTION: Blades 21, 22 temporarily fitted to a main plate 1 are bonded on a full scale with use of fiber reinforced plastic bonding material 3. Then, a side plate 4 is temporarily fitted at the upper extremity of the blades 21, 22, which is bonded on a full scale with use of fiber reinforced plastic bonding material 5. In other words, because plastic bonding material are overlapped over all the surfaces of lateral sides of the blades 21, 22, the lower surface of the side plate 4, and the upper surface of the main plate 1, the bonding area is secured spaciously, it leads to make the bonding strong layer, and to dissolve peeling problem.
