Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a tubing body from having uneven wall thickness and wrinkle, etc., by uniforming its contraction and stabilizing resin bubbling by cooling a rising molten resin tubing body from inside in such a manner as to provide a cooling water pipe in a cylindrical body provided on the top of a ring-shape die. CONSTITUTION:A resin bubble stabilizing cylindrical body 4, having an uneven and rough surface on its outside surface 5, is provided on the top of a ring-shape die 2. A cooling water pipe 10 is provided in such a manner as to cover an entire area in this cylindrical body 4, preferably in a spiral configuration. High density polyethylene molten resin is pressed out from the ring-shape die 2 in a tubular shape, it is made to lightly contact the cylindrical body 4 and the tubular body is lifted (or allowed to rise) while being cooled from the inside. And then, it is expanded to form a resin bubble 11 so that an objective thick-wall tubular film.
