Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the vibration of a mechanical system to improve precision by feeding back difference components between the speed of a mechanical movable part and the motor speed besides normal position and speed feedback in the servo system of the positioning control system.
CONSTITUTION: Speed detector T2 which consists of combination of a linear position detector and a frequency voltage converter and is fitted directly to the mechanical side detects the moving speed of mechanical movable part MC. This detedced speed information is applied to adder AD5, and difference between this detected speed information and detection speed information of speed detector T1, which detects the rotation speed of motor M, is obtained in this adder AD5. This difference signal is amplified by AMP3 and is outputted to adder AD6 and is compared with the output signal of adder AD2 in this adder AD6. Speed amplifier AMP2 drives motor M so that the comparison signal of adder 6 may be zero, thereby positioning mechanical movable part MC.
