Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Bacillus thuringiensis belonging to Bacillus genus, e.g. Bacillus thuringiensis IAM 11607, Bacillus thuringiensis IAM 12077, Bacillus thuringiensis IAM 12078, Bacillus thuringiensis var. Thuringiensis IAM 11056, etc., are aerobically cultured in a conyentional nutrient medium, and the phosphatidylinositol phospholipase C is obtained from the medium in higher yield than attained by the other bacteria.
