Abstract

PURPOSE: To extrude smoothly without causing seizure against the die, by pressing and contacting the extruding material to one side of forming material while the other side of forming material is contacting with the rotary roll, and simultaneously propelling the forming material in the exit direction of extruding material with extruding force of the extruding material.
CONSTITUTION: A heated forming material 24 passes through a guide pulley 37 and a passage 30, and is guided to the lower side of a die 31a while contacting on a rotating surface 35a at the lower side face thereof. On the other hand, an extruding material 27 being pressed in by a press-down stem collides against a frontal porch upper barrier 32a, and is supplied into a lead-in part 33, and then flows to a die inlet 31a. At this time, the extruding material 27 is pressed and contacted to the upper side face of the forming material 24 on the rotating surface 35a, and the material 24 rotates the roller 35 with its propelling force and moves on the rotating surface 35a. Then, the composite material is released in the tangential direction of the rotating surface 35a, and is extruded from an exit port 36.
